This is me- October 2018. Kinda naked.
I feel a tad vulnerable sharing these photos of myself, but the truth is, as much as the media loves to hate on women’s bodies and make us feel like we should be censored and ashamed, I’m not. I’m proud of these photos. I feel beautiful and strong when I look at them, in the same way that my clients feel when they look at theirs.
This was my second trip to Bonneville Salt Flat in Utah, fulfilling the promise I had made to myself the year before- that I would capture annual self-portraits documenting my personal growth, celebrating the gains, and honoring the losses of each year.
I said this the last time I shared my self-portraits (see post HERE) and I’ll say it again….I had never felt so liberated. There is something incredibly healing about being nude in nature combined with the vastness of the desert and the letting go of all inhibition. It makes you feel like you can do anything.
Hope you enjoy the gallery…
