As a Tulum photographer who welcomes international clients for their photo shoots, I’m always looking for unique and luxurious experiences in Tulum to share with my clients. Boudoir photography is all about celebrating and honoring yourself- so when I heard about Natacha’s private Luminous One rose ritual ceremony, I knew this was something my clients would love.
Of course first I wanted to go and experience the ceremony myself. And so I went, into the heart of Tulum’s jungle, to meet with Natacha of @glowing.and.grounded for my own private ceremony.
Designed as a transformative two-hour journey, Natacha’s unique experience blends ancestral medicine, sound healing, and intentional massage & bodywork to restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit.
This is SO much more than a massage.
The ceremony began with intention setting, allowing me to ground and fully embrace my inspiration for being in ceremony that day.
Next came the nourishing rose foot soak. Infused with healing rose petals, this was the perfect way to start to relax more deeply and to set the tone for the work ahead.
Natacha then guided me in choosing a sacred plant medicine micro dose—either cacao or mushrooms—to deepen the experience and to open up my heart. I opted for a mushroom micro dose, a gentle yet powerful way to enhance presence and receptivity.
After I took the micro dose it was then time to relax on the table as the bodywork portion of the ceremony began. Using a combination of face and body massage techniques, Natacha worked to release tension and energetic blockages. Her approach was highly intuitive and deeply nurturing, honoring the body as a beautiful, sacred temple.
The ceremony concluded with a grounding foot massage, reconnecting me to Earth.
And honestly, it took me a while to come back down.
I had entered Natacha’s ceremonial space that day feeling stressed and a bit anxious with everything on my plate. In fact, I had almost rescheduled the ceremony entirely, wondering “do I really have time for this today?”
That would have been a huge mistake…
By the end of the ceremony, I quite literally felt like a new woman.
Natacha, with her loving presence and intuitive gifts, was able to guide me in a deeply transformative journey that day.
I left feeling rejuvenated and overflowing with a level of love and gratitude that I hadn’t felt in a while.
